Refuge returns on Sunday the 17th of December at Griessmühle in Berlin. The fundraising party will take over three rooms at the venue, running for up to 24 hours. Nick Höppner, Soundstream, Jennifer Cardini, and Pär Grindvik are amongst the first artists revealed.
Refuge was launched in Berlin during winter 2015 to show solidarity with refugees. It now promotes the activities of and raises funds for various homeless and refugee organisations in the city. With three events at :// about blank, Prince Charles, and Sub Club in Glasgow, Refuge has raised 13,000 EUR so far. The core issues Refuge highlights are freedom of movement, freedom of expression and safe accommodation.
