Permanent Vacation would like to invite you to an intimate album launch experience at Muting The Noise on Thursday 29th of March from 19:00-23:00.
The premiere of Aera's new live show will take place with a band, focussing on the spontaneous reproduction of the album's material, exploring its ephemeral qualities through improvisation and experimentation. Away from the blaring darkness and ecstatic solitude of the dance floor, on to an intricately woven carpet of sounds - warm, friendly and enveloping.
Slides and photography will be shown from the heritage of Peter Schmidt, Aera's father, whose pictures have been used for the artwork of The Sound Path.
Skism (1/2 of Wasn & Wunderwaffel) will ease you into the night with his personal brand of GDRtronica, patchouli-scented Discokraut and hash-cookie House, while Johannes Albert will provide the closing soundtrack with House, Italo, Disco, House, Techno, House, House and more fucking House!
